Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any stock product or accessory, contact The Miller Group - 800.325.3350 - within 30 days and we will send you instructions for returning your order for full refund. To avoid processing delays, please DO NOT return merchandise without previous authorization and shipping instructions.
We can only accept return of special order equipment for replacement. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for instructions before returning any equipment.
Pricing, Shipping and Handling
All pricing shown is FOB our plant (St Louis MO or Richmond VA). Shipping cost will be added to your order at time of shipping. We will contact you with amount for approval to proceed. with the fluctuating transit costs and auxiliary charges, we have found this to be the most economical way to serve our customers. Just send us your order or inquiry; we will promptly contact you with applicable pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, no order will be processed at an increased price without your approval.
Special handling (inside delivery, residential delivery, telephone notification, 2nd day air, etc.) is available for an additional charge. If your order is for one of our larger units, it will be shipped via truck. Please note, we cannot ship to post office boxes,a street address is required.. We will notify you of shipping costs, if applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, no order will be processed at an increased price without your approval. Any price decreases will automatically be applied to your order.
Shipping Information
Orders for stock units will be shipped within two weeks under normal conditions. Orders for most special order equipment will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. You will be notified if the planned shipping date for your order is extended beyond these lead times.
Method of Payment
Include your credit card information as part of your order (on-line, fax or phone) to avoid delays. Orders received by mail with your check receive a 2% discount. Government institutions, churches and educational institutions can purchase on open account terms of net 30 days, provided a purchase order is furnished with the order.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect all applicable sales use taxes for shipments to the following states:
California ......7.25% + LOCAL
Georgia ..........4.0% + LOCAL
Illinois .........................6.25%
Missouri ....................6.475%
If you are "exempt" from the sales tax, you must furnish a copy of your exemption certificate or other appropriate document as issued to you by the state. Otherwise, sales tax will be added to your order in these states.
Damages/Claims
We thoroughly inspect all items prior to shipment. To protect your interest, we suggest that, at the time of delivery, you inspect all cartons and note any signs of damage on the delivery receipt. If damage is found after the driver has left, notify the carrier at once and hold all cartons, packing marterial, and receipts until they have been inspected by the carrier.

The Miller Group, Multiplex Division uses the information collected on this website to fulfill requests and orders from inquiring visitors. Multiplex does not sell or license information collected on this website to others. The information we obtain on this website will be shared with authorized Multiplex dealers for the purpose of assisting visitors in obtaining the display solutions they need. All contact with visitors will be with the permission of that visitor, and all messages will contain the means to unsubscribe.
Multiplex and its web site administrator use IP addresses to administer the site, track user movement and gather demographic information for use. Multiplex does not use IP addresses to link to personally identifiable information.
